Upon booking, you have two basic valuation charges sent to you via contract: replacement cost protection or released value protection. You can read more about these valuation charges here. You will then be sent a claim form. We then look at all available data, including your valuation choice, and work out a solution for you. We don't move hazardous materials, perishables, pets, jewelry, cash, or valuable documents for safety and legal reasons. We do not move baby grand pianos, grand pianos, slate pool tables, and hot tubs.
