Online quotes and estimates are non-binding and are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory, access conditions, weight, and distance. Binding estimates are only issued through signed service agreements.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

To confirm a move, a deposit may be required. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit the deposit entirely.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be present or have an authorized agent present at the time of the move.

• Accurately disclose the nature and size of your inventory.

• Secure valuables, fragile items, and hazardous materials separately.

• Comply with all applicable laws and building regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in handling your belongings, Cascade Moving & Logistics LLC is not liable for:

• Damages to items packed by the customer.

• Delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other uncontrollable events.

• Incidental or consequential damages.

Basic valuation coverage (typically $0.60 per pound) is included. Additional insurance must be arranged in advance.
